Journal of Microscopy and Ultra Structure (JMAU), the official journal of the Saudi Society of Microscopes, is an emerging interdisciplinary publishing portal focusing on the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

It is a quarterly, open-access, peer-reviewed journal that publishes review papers, original research, brief communications, as well as thematic issues on contemporary developments in microscopy and ultrastructure.
