Abstract : Abstract- Education is an important component of every society which could significantly contribute to a country’s economic, socially develop. A 21st century education is about giving students the skills they need to succeed in this new world, and helping them grow the confidence to practice those skills. With so much information readily available to them, 21st century skills focus more on making sense of that information, sharing and using it in smart ways. In The present survey the population of 200 students enrolled in regular undergraduate course, B.Ed., and D.El.Ed student of Self fiancé Colleges. According to my survey 89% students are using social media platform for getting knowledge and study. In that figure 86% students are using Whatsapp and 7% facebook. If we use whatsapp in flipped learning we shall good result
