Abstract : Notwithstanding, various types of Social Networking Sites makes various types of cybercrimes are being. This examines how connected Social Networking Sites are being mistreated by their users by making offensive comments by applying them. This has been mentioned as the most extensive analysis of a defamation law framework to date, anywhere in Bangladesh. This paper is investigating the underlying goal and function of digital defamation laws and how digital defamation law should be updated to account for internet speech, including social media, blogs, internet platforms and digital media In Bangladesh.
