Abstract : There is a lack of mutual understanding of the school function and mission. The principal should make the mission and vision of the school to student, teacher, parents and community so the principal should place a program and should hold a meeting on weekly or monthly bases to provide opportunity with one another in open sessions. Teachers are not in contact with one another. So the principal should organize the ideas of the teachers to jointly work for the school mission.
