Abstract : We present a case of 39 year old male with the chief complaint of pelvic discomfort and on and off haematuria. It was not associated fever or preceding trauma. Patent had history of childhood paralytic poliomyelitis. Because of the deranged renal function, MR evaluation of pelvis was done which demonstrated arteriovenous malformation abutting the right lateral urinary bladder wall, seminal vesicle and prostate.
