Abstract : This Preprint will discuss about how to prepare “Cash Flow Analysis” by “Indirect Method”. It is separated into four sections for easy understanding: Concept of Cash Flow Analysis / Statement Preparation of Cash Flow Analysis Statement according to AS-03 Workings which should be part of preparation of CFS Points to recollect and remember hypothetically so as to be well versed in CFS It is written in a simple language keeping in mind that an individual who has basic knowledge in accounting should be able to prepare the statement.
