Abstract : The main task of ambulance management in emergency response situations is to provide first aid to injured people The seriously injured are being taken to hospitals. Management of ambulance operations in the immediate aftermath of a disaster Due to the dynamism and uncertainty with which planning conditions (especially relevant information) change over time, It is very complicated. The current research is an applied type of research in terms of its purpose, because the results of the research It can be used in medical centers and emergency situations, and in terms of the method, it is a description of the survey type. In this thesis, neural networks are used to help analyze the data needed to develop a mathematical model Ambulance routing is used. The results showed that the use of neural networks allows us to Accurately predict the response time and shipping costs. Genetic Algorithm II-NSGA in Finding optimal ambulance routes for each type of emergency was effective. By including the optimized paths in the model, We were able to significantly reduce the response time and shipping costs. Overall, the results We show that this approach has the potential to improve the efficiency of emergency services and save lives.
