Abstract : Nano-sized magnetic particles are incredibly minuscule and commonly used in various applications. Their widespread popularity has led to their utilization in various healthcare environments. The magnetic qualities of these nanoparticles make them an ideal candidate for precise manipulation to meet various needs. Chemical synthesis that relies on solution-phase reactions has garnered much attention due to its ability to generate the desired size, shape, structure, and magnetic control. Magnetic nanoparticles have recently proven to be highly ineffective for filtering purified water. The initial section of this appraisal investigates the techniques through which magnetic nanoparticles can be synthesized. The manuscript also briefly discusses how these particles may be employed in biomedicine, including drug delivery, MRI, and hyperthermia. Additionally, it offers a condensed summary of magnetic nanoparticles' role in agriculture and wastewater treatment. Moreover, the piece also explores the development and synthesis of magnesia materials for use in the life sciences.
