The Journal routinely screen article submissions for plagiarism and uses the academic software Turnitin for this purpose and takes editorial decision to reject the submission if the plagiarism (Similarity Index) is more than 18% (Overall) or more than 5% from a single source.
Similar to different publishing services, there is no paper, no subscriptions, no mailing along with no restriction against by means of as well as sharing articles published within our journals. But we do have to pay for sustaining published articles within online repositories. As well, articles require graphics, formatting, as well as the editing services we supply, so as to meet precise academic standards.
Authors are required to pay a fair manuscript handling fee for the processing of their articles. However, there are no submission charges. Authors are required to make payment only after their manuscripts have been accepted for publication.
The Journal, however, provides a 50% discount on publication fees for authors belonging to low-income (Hinari Group A) countries and can't afford the fee.
The Journal uses LOCKSS, CLOCKSS and PKP PN archival system for Long-term preservation of the Journal metadata archiving.
